Saturday Brunch
☕Great coffee. (best in this neighbourhood – they use Tigermoth coffee, a small indy roastery in Sussex)
📄Menu is small, mostly with bread
💸 pricey £25 pp (main & coffee)
😋food is delicious
💕 nice interior, staff & customers
Had English breakfast and Shed rarebit.
They make their own baked beans which tasted fresh and ironically not out of the tin.
Rarebit was the dream!! Buttery bechamel, loveliest toast, nice ham 👌
(the English breakfast doesn’t come with ruccola, all the ruccola in the photo came with the rarebit)
We had an absolutely charming laid back brunch lunch. Everything was delicious. The coffee, the juice and our dishes. I also had a vegan cookie afterwards which was also great, thank you so much for the lovely meal and hospitality.
If you are in Notting Hill definitely check out The Tin Shed! The food is delicious, the drinks are lovely, and it’s just a wonderful atmosphere. Such a fun time I take all my friends here! I recommend the Pakora, the sausage roll, and the Pimms! They also make a great Aperol Spritz. 10/10
Been here a few times now. The menu changes time by time, but so far everything tastes great! Tiramisu is also nice.
Used to be one of the best brunch spots but I am not sure they even make their own bread anymore? And the best dish on the menu was avocado toast!
Anyway, I got an omelette and it was super salty.
Service good and atmosphere usual cramped. Just so disappointing as I used to really love coming here every now and then.
Edit:
Thanks for letting me know! I hadn’t fully realised there was a change. I’ve popped back one star. I’m still not a huge fan of the new menu but again, that’s my personal taste.
And yes my scrambled egg resembled an omelette so I forgot that was what I had ordered.
Maybe I’ll try again and if better, I’ll amend. Thanks for taking time to explain, shame about the avocados.
