1. Popped in for a quick bit to eat. Even though the kitchen has closed the staff still organised dinner for me. Lovely meal, quite pint and fantastic staff. They make you feel so welcome.

2. My wife and I visited here for lunch today and are never disappointed. Always warm and welcoming, staff friendly and food exemplary. Not a bad word to be said. Would highly recommend. 5⭐️

3. My husband & I took our eldest daughter, her husband & our grandson for a belated 10th wedding anniversary meal. We chose The Upper Cock because it has consistently good food, good service & is priced fairly. My steak, cooked medium, was delicious, as were the chips & accompaniments. Will be going again, 👌🏼👍🏼👏🏼

4. Absolutely gorgeous food,all cooked to perfection and boiling hot.The Raspberry meringue was stunning and homemade.Lovely staff and nice atmosphere. I will definitely eat there again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Lovely friendly service, great pub as some good history and is quirky in some areas, ordered kids burger and adults burger kids burger my son enjoyed for the price, adults burger was not and and £16/17 was not good enough compared to what’s out there it fell apart and had no texture and was not well seared.
