Toby Carvery Chapel Allerton

1. Love the atmosphere today! Love your Christmas decorations! 🎄 Service is fab as usual!
   The only disappointment was there’s no pork rinds & cranberry sauce and those are our fav thing ever! 😂

2. Katie is an amazing employee and a credit to your company. She’s being an amazing host, going out of her way to make us happy! No problem was too big for her. She made our experience even better. The good was amazing too, will 100% be back again soon!

3. Absolutely fantastic service.
   We come here on a regular basis for our Nurses Hub meetings, the food is absolutely perfect.
   We was looked after by Emily all, who is lovely. Took all our orders, and food was brought out piping hot and delicious.
   The wraps are our favourites and we always look forward to coming here for our meetings so we can enjoy the Carvery wraps which were made by Kris. They were so big we had to bring half home.
   The carvery was amazing and Nyla who served the carvery was lovely.
   We always look forward to come here.

4. Sadly not the experience we had hoped for. We booked a table yet were not seated in the restaurant. The bar area had very obviously been split in half with outdoor barricades. When booking a table I don’t expect to be in an area or sat at a table that is very obviously for the bar and not the restaurant. The service was poor with us waiting 20 minutes for two glasses to be delivered so that we can go to the self service drinks machines. When the glasses were delivered the ice was pretty much melted because they had been left waiting to be delivered. Overall they seemed severely understaffed for a Sunday.
   The Carvery was poor with scraps of lamb being scrapped off the bone despite a fresh lamb leg sat next to it. A very poor showing compared to previous experiences and other venues.

5. With it being my first time having a Toby Carvery I wasn’t expecting much. It’s safe to say it exceeded all my expectations, the food was great and the staff were attentive without being too much. Special mention to Jean-Paul who was great in looking after not just us but everyone else, he was very upbeat and friendly, couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend this Toby Carvery.
