  1. Went here for the first time yesterday evening and we were incredibly impressed. It was their new autumn menu and every starter, main and dessert was absolutely delicious and well cooked. Highlights include the gnocchi mushroom starter – was the best gnocchi I have ever tried (I don’t usually like gnocchi too much) and the flavours were balanced so well. Also the peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake – it is the nicest cheesecake we have ever eaten. It’s not overly sweet or artificial tasting, it’s very light and creamy. The chocolate brownie was gooey, not dry. Honestly 10/10 on the menu, there is something for everyone even for fussier eaters like myself. Service was great all night, and all the staff were lovely from the chef to the waiters. I can’t wait to return in the future.

  2. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! The customer service was exceptional, every member of the wait staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our experience memorable.
As for the food, all I can say is wow. We visited on Mother’s Day and opted for the special menu, which did not disappoint. Every course was a fantastic, and I would honestly give each one a 10/10. The tomato soup and apple crumble in particular were definite highlights for me, but every dish we had was absolutely delicious.
Overall, we had an incredible experience and will definitely be returning.

  3. Hadn’t been for some time. We’d forgotten how good it is, we must go more often. Food was fantastic pate and mussels to start 😋 Mains perfectly cooked chicken and pork. Dessert creme brulee and bread and butter pudding to die for. Thank you all for making a wonderful lunch.
We’ll be back much sooner next time. 👌😋

  4. We were recommended this restaurant based on glowing reviews and it was so nice that I feel compelled to also share some glowing reviews. As a vegan it is often quite hard to find somewhere where you can browse the menu as it is always just one option, but that isn’t the case here. The vegan food was so fantastic that even the meat eater I was with had some of my started and main and said it was shockingly good. For starters I had the mushroom rigatoni I believe it was and it was so nice I got the recipe, which they so kindly shared the ingredients for. For the main I had a lentil Dahl with a cauliflower steak, and I could barely hold a conversation as I was just wolfing it down. For dessert I was full so they let me take home a vegan brownie and it was amazing the next day, super fudgy and you wouldn’t know it was vegan. The BYOB rules were very clear and relaxed so we brought our own wine and they provided a cooler and something to remove the cork, free of charge. The service was amazing without being overbearing and the atmosphere was lovely. I can see why this is one of the first restaurants that comes up when searching for food in Swansea, it definitely should not be missed!
