I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the salon. I came in with a clear reference for natural, lighter brown highlights, but ended up with blonde highlights instead. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the stylist attempted to fix it by applying two toners, but my hair turned an unwanted copper shade.
The condition of my hair has also worsened significantly. It is now dry, tangled, and matted, and I lose a lot of hair when trying to brush it, even with conditioner. This has been incredibly upsetting, especially since I traveled three hours each way to get my hair done, trusting the salon based on previous positive experiences.
Sadly, this visit has left me with damaged hair and results far from what I wanted. I cannot recommend this salon after this experience.
Tatiana is by far the best hairdresser I’ve been to, she was so welcoming & lovely to speak to. She did an amazing job of my hair & gave me options and spoke to me about the photo I showed her. Hair washing skills 100/10 it was so relaxing and lovely. Will definitely be going back to see her 🙂
After spending just over £400 and then getting the cold shoulder, my experience at this salon has been very disheartening.
I carefully researched hairdressers and chose one whose Instagram photos matched what I wanted. Despite showing these at my appointment and returning for two sessions, the results were far from what I expected.
I understood the challenges of going blonde and trusted the process throughout. However, due to my anxiety disorder, I found it too difficult to express my dissatisfaction in person at the salon. Instead, I reached out via messages, only to receive dismissive and accusatory responses before being ignored entirely. (They became unresponsive after I sent photos of my hair and asked for a solution.)
My initial visit, costing £225, left my hair nearly untouched from what I walked in with. After my second visit (£183, reduced because the hairdresser acknowledged the first service was inadequate), I saw some slight changes – a small blonde streak at the front go my head – but nothing close to what I asked for.
Also to note, the hairdresser took a photo for a ‘before photo’, but surprise no after photo was taken…

First appointment at the salon for my daughter and what an amazing experience she has had! An absolutely outstanding salon which deserves its accolades! Sam was very welcoming, engaging and talked through every step of the process ensuring that my daughter was happy with the length and style. She was very attentive. All the staff made us feel very welcome today. Great cup of coffee and the place absolutely rocks! Thank you all very much!
Absolutely amazing! Booked in for a consultation and my experience so far has been that the hairdresser just asks me what i want, which defeats the point of a consultation completely. This was not the case here. Simon took his time to find the best cut and colour for me. Him and Soph then did a great job sorting my hair out, and also managed to get my husband in for a beard trim in between. Again, Simon did not just do what my husband told him, but consulted what the best cut would be. This was not just for any occasion, but for our wedding. We could not be happier with how it all turned out.The whole team is lovely, the salon is clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to get back, even though it takes me nearly 3 hours to get there.
