Attended a baby shower here on Saturday 19th October! Fantastic set up and food served by Lewis. The food was amazing done by Carla. Such a brilliant day and great venue 😀
I had my surprise baby shower at Veeno weekend just gone, I could not have imagined something more beautiful and perfect. The food, service, atmosphere everything was just outstanding. I never knew veeno was there but me and my husband will be back asap for a date night I cannot wait to taste the main menu now. Lewis, your service was exceptional and Louise… the food was absolutely to die for! I cannot thank you guys enough ❤️
Really nice evening at Veeno celebrating a birthday. Massive thank you to Taylor who went above and beyond for us and was super helpful and accommodating for someone that required gluten free food. Food and service were amazing, highly recommend!
Had a fabulous pizza tonight. Lovely drinks. Such a nice vibe here. Anesu is a charming host. Went with work colleagues. We have booked a party for November and we will be coming here regularly I reckon. Great place.
Updated review….we had our work Xmas part here last night. What an AMAZING night we had. It was the best party ever. 120 of us and nothing was too much trouble for Anesu, Taylor and the fabulous team. If you are thinking about making a booking dont think just do it!! Brilliant place. Thanks guys
£14 for a frozen pizza! Need I really add more?
Pros:
It’s a really nice place to sit in, it’s nicely decorated.
They allow dogs! This is a huge plus and the main reason for 2 stars and not 1.
The staff were friendly.
Cons:
Just look at my photo! No restaurant focused on Italian cuisine should serve frozen pizza!!! The holes in the base (as well as the taste ) are the giveaway. Outright awful. It wasn’t even a good frozen pizza, honestly do yourself a favour and pop to Sainsbury’s across the road and pick up any other frozen pizza for £3, it will be more enjoyable.
Why do restaurants insist on adding a service charge. The company intentionally places staff in an awkward situation when you ask to remove the tip.
I guess this would be a nice place to have a glass of wine, as the wine menu looks extensive and you can bring your dog. Unless you’re doing this, I’d avoid at all costs.
