1. I’m a big fan of Wagamama’s chicken katsu curry, their most famous dish. However, over the years, the portion of chicken seems to be getting smaller, though it still tastes great. I do love that they offer extra sauce free of charge, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the noodles with prime steak were a bit disappointing, the steak had a lot of gristle, making it chewy. The service could also use some improvement. It would be much more convenient if, along with the option to pay online, there was the ability to place orders online as well.

2. It’s an odd one. It’s in an outlet, but prices are the same as their high street unit. We ordered a drink that never came, there are no beers taps (there high street restaurants all have Asahi taps), just bottles. Staff weren’t unfriendly, they just weren’t friendly if that makes sense? Served by 4 different people across every order placed – it all seemed messy, disorganised and mediocre.

3. Good to see a Wagamama here, good location to grab a bite to eat.

   As with all Wagamama’s the interior is a great place to eat and drink.

   The chili ramen and teriyaki don buri were both great.

   Not many toilets and they are rather small rooms and could do with a clean.

4. Everyone in the restaurant are so polite and greet you with a great big smile! Food is great as always! Will visit again soon! The only thing I would point out is the chilli squid. I’m not sure why the size has changed but I definitely prefer when they were smaller.. Less rubbery texture 🤣

5. Great food. The service is for the Manager. She was amazing. My only criticism is the staff that were sitting at the counter. One girl was brushing her long hair, only a couple of feet away from diners and another girl was taking her plaits in and out. It didn’t look very professional
