I’m definitely not usually one to complain, but I just received an item from the Walmart Drop Off and noticed that there was blood on the tag. Especially because this is a child’s item, it freaked me out, as blood can be extremely dangerous. The man who brought out my items was very friendly, and I understand that this line of work causes injuries sometimes, but this is a biohazard. Please make sure your employees wear gloves!
Bought a broken turtle light bulb. Brought it back for a simple exchange with receipt and the lady basically accused me of theft applying a switch and bait scam. Over an 8$ defective bulb. Will follow through with this. Very unprofessional. MOST Ghetto place in Exeter Fr fr
This is a great store, they have almost everything I need here, only a few products I have to go elsewhere for (like meatloaf mix, or 647 specialty rolls they only carry bread/hotdog/burger buns). The kid that works the deli counter, usually Friday mid day, with the fabulously big hair is always a joy to place my order with, so friendly, efficient, & does a great job, he’s always busy working behind the counters cleaning up but stops to assist customers as soon as I’m there, & he has a positive pleasant demeanor every interaction, a great employee, I’m always happy when I see him there! The folks at self check out are always great too, helpful when there’s an issue & happy to help or provide an update to the swiping technique (like you have to code the produce now before putting it on the scale, it used to be the opposite). The bakery items are really next level, the donuts and the glazed coffee roll cinnamon donuts are TO DIE FOR, and the bakers have made my daughter her sweet 16 cake in the past, a gorgeous light pink 3 layer heart shaped cake that I just showed them from a photo on my phone, delicious cake and stunning presentation for $30, other bakeries wanted to charge me over $100 for the same cake – super impressed by them! This store appearance is always clean & neat, the guys that do the shopping carts are always working, constantly collecting carts, they’re always neat & orderly (save for the personal shopper carts that are a pain in the aisle ways, esp by the cheese/dairy section w/the build up of carts waiting), they have almost everything I need each week on my list & its worth the 18 min drive (to get the products I love at a lower price) for me to get there vs going to the local Giant near me.
So called Customer service, if i buy an item and it rings up more. Then i go take picture of price return item for a refund or get the over charge back the rude young woman who ignored me me durring transaction should not say” we cant except photos because people fake them” call me a thief to my face you need to train these young rude people better and fix your prices so customers are not put out then have someone call me dishonest.
How is it there are 6 employees standing in the self check out and you push and help button in any department and not one of those lazy kids move to help. Ask for help and they say I don’t have the keys and don’t know where to get them or who to ask. I think the HR person needs to find out what is going on make a few adjustments. And you want to be payed how much to play grab ass with your friends BS.
