  2. Horrible customer service from the front end manager. Sorry I didn’t get her name. I’ve been shopping for years and I was going to load my card up, customer service was closed before 10. I go okay since I have money. So for the next few hours I shop. I didn’t see any one that was working there except for a the short girl with the long black hair. I don’t like her because she randomly yells at her employees.
    Last week I had my things ready and I really don’t like using self check out because I think it’s really stupid that they only allow 15 items. I don’t understand that. But due to my life I have to shop at night. I saw my cashier friend. I think her name is Ruth, she is nice. I tried to get the lady from self check out her help and guess what I didn’t find the manager girl. But anyway I think Ruth was just telling me that the registers were using cards only which meant I can’t use cash. Thankfully she took me to her register and me out. Excellent customer service there except I asked her when her friend is going to come back. The one who is in the wheelchair. She is pretty nice and is very nice everyone except when it comes to that stupid manager with the dark hair. I swear how this brave girl in the wheelchair puts up with it except every time I see her manager she yells at her. I mean the one who is walking is yells at the one who is in wheelchair. Ruth didn’t give me anything clear answers except that she said something like her breathing problems and too many compliments with customers. I do remember about a month ago I seen her at the hospital. She is having breathing issues again. Such a sweet girl I hope she is employed by Walmart. She always asks me if I want some help. She doesn’t talks as much, of course I get it. She must keep up with the lines except she does nothing wrong to be abused by her manager. They should fire that one. The lines were long and why do they have only one cashier. I wouldn’t be shopping there until they fire that girl. She yells at every one. I’ve seen where other people coming in and she yells at them for no reason. I only came to shop not to hear her butt

  3. Not sure why Brianne the cashier decided she needed to be rude and have an attitude with me and my family. I did not want my clothes put on the moving belt and asked her to turn it off and she said “it’ll turn off when you put the clothes on it, you clean them at home” in the most bratty tone. it was sticky and gross and I didn’t want to set my clothes on it or have the tags get sucked into the belt and you should’ve accommodated by using your hand on the switch and turning the belt off. If you don’t like being nice to people, why are you in a customer service job? There’s plenty of jobs that don’t have you talk to others and u can be rude to yourself. Matching the customers “energy” isn’t always the right thing to do just because you interpreted someone’s tone incorrectly. Hope she grows up and can learn to be nice to others, not just customers but just people throughout her lifetime.

  4. I just had the best experience with Genesis from customer service! They were super friendly and really took the time to listen to my issues. Genesis didn’t just solve my problem quickly; they made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Their positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. If you ever need assistance, Genesis is the person to go to!

  5. I have continued to have poor customer service at this location and had to make complaints to admin multiple times. This time, it was a supervisor who was just as ridiculous! Now I know why the employees are awful. I drove 30 miles to return an item. Was told that customer service is closed. I asked if I could just get a credit toward the items I was purchasing and was told no. I asked why it was closed, and she said her customer service agent called in. I then said. You have more
    than enough employees here. Why can’t u send one of them back there. She said no. Then I asked, “You can’t just do one return? She said no, I can not. I need to watch these lanes. Was completely unwilling to help what so ever! None of the lanes had lines, and I counted 15 employees just at the front of the store.
