Wenzels the Bakers

1. I had an excellent experience at Wenzel’s today. The food was really good, and the service provided by the supervisor, he was Punjabi, was exceptional.He offered me 5 meal deals which saved me a lot of money. The supervisor was very professional, quick, and warm. Highly recommend.

2. Decent food. Moderate prices. Nice staff. But it took an age for them to make the food that was already prepared. I guess that’s the joy of delivery partners… deliverpoo;)

3. Great customer service, 2 asian lads were very welcoming. The food was also fresh and tasty. Highly recommend

The people in this store are rude and obnoxious, when they are in the wrong for something they do not take accountability for the issue and they hang up the phone on you when you are trying to explain what happened, I would not even give this place half a star as a rating, I had 2 ham and cheese pininis delivered from there yesterday and found 2 hairs in 1 of my panini’s and they told me I was lying even though I provided evidence to Deliveroo! They say they have standards but the way they treat their customers is atrocious and they clearly need to be retrained on how to treat their customers and how to take accountability for their actions…..your a disgrace and I will never be ordering from you again

5. Great little bakery. First used them in London great to see them expanding. Best local Belgium buns. They also do yum yum.
