White Horse

1. I recently visited The White Horse in Aberystwyth and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the full breakfast was fantastic. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the sausages were flavorful, and the accompanying beans, mushrooms, and toast were delicious. It was hearty, well-prepared, and truly satisfying.

   However, the bacon sandwich left something to be desired. The bacon was a bit too dry chewy, and lacked the crispiness that one would expect. It seemed slightly underwhelming compared to the otherwise excellent full breakfast.

   Overall, The White Horse is a great place for a hearty breakfast, but the bacon sandwich could use some improvement. I’d still recommend giving it a try for the friendly atmosphere and the overall quality of their breakfast offerings.

2. Large L shaped room with wooden floors and an area of carpeting. Dog friendly and wheelchair accessable. Usual tap beers and a few real ales available. Food is also served here. Staff were friendly and polite, beer was good. Enjoyed my visit.

3. A nice pub and great atmosphere with a TV on the wall to watch the sports of you fancy. A good reasonably priced menu choice to suit all the family. And some seating in the window to watch the world go by. Good friendly service with lots of good drink choices on tap

4. Had a great dinner, generous portion of chips and great menu options and Beth, Nick, Zel and Tom were incredible. Highly recommend 🙂

5. They were understaffed for a holiday weekend. Other than that the service was good, though wait times to order were long.

   I took away a full star because we came to watch the formula 1 grand prix, which they advertised on sign outside. We were enjoying the race with a couple of local people we met, then the staff turned the race off 2/3 of the way through. Switched over to a football game in the middle of the race. That was quite disappointing.
