One of the best spots in York!
Have been here many times and it never disappoints no matter if it’s for lunch, dinner, or just coming to grab some drinks. Come early though, they don’t take reservations so it’s first come first serve.
The menu is big! Tons of different options. They have great seafood options too. The Crab Pretzel appetizer is great and shareable. So many of the Handheld choices are delicious. Tried the Cajun Seafood Wrap and it was so good! Great sweet potato fries as well!
If you’re getting drinks, the bar has plenty of options! Great selection of beer and cocktails. And always made well.
White Rose is a really fun spot! The inside has plenty of seating and a cool vibe. There are 2 different bars inside as well. Definitely give White Rose a try if you’re in town!
I’m originally from York but never tried this place. Went before a concert. Food was outstanding. I got a seafood wrap. The seafood was very fresh. The waiter was very nice.
Wish I would have gone here sooner. Would highly recommend.
The food was delicious. No problems with the service – would come back. Got the Eastern Shore burger. It was messy but very good. Not my favorite sweet potato fries, but not bad. Cool spot.
What an incredible way to pump up a new week on your calendar! Where can you get a TOP QUALITY NY strip steak made EXACTLY to your tastebuds for $12.95!
Not to mention the incredible service by our ever so personable server, Kingston! Our conversation had him planning his fall foliage event to the town in PA that bares his name.
I think the White Rose’s Monday night steak special is about to go viral! So worthy of the recognition. Thanks to all the staff who adds their own petal of service to this quaint little tavern.
Decent restaurant. It has nice ambience, but sitting at the bar tables, it was hard to get the attention of the bartender who had to work the bar and wait on the tables. They should have staffed an additional service staff member in that section, knowing it was the same weekend as the York Coubty Fair. Would have spent more money on booze. The filet mignon was very tender but completely lacking in flavor. The Optimus Prime burger was just ok, and the prime rib shavings on top of the burger were fatty and hard to tear apart. We traveled about 30 minutes away to try this place, but I don’t know if I would make it a special trip next time.
