Ziggi’s Coffee

1. Good music playing. Lots of seating inside amd out. The employees are a little slow amd I wasnt greeted by any of the 4 employees until I was standing there for about 2 mins. Comparable to Starbucks. Prices are about th same as them too. Def less busy. Drive thru. Parking inte lotion is terrible.

2. I stopped in this morning on the way to work. The plain bagel sandwich and raspberry truffle latte (I ordered it half sweet) were both really good and were made so quickly that I was able to make it to work with time to spare. Connor took my order and their helpful and positive attitude made my morning.

3. This place deserves no stars. Went through the drive thru. They said that the system lost there order. Instead of just asking me what my order was they kept looking at the computer to figure out what happened. Nothing was said to us. The girl at the window would not look or even say a word to me when I said I shouldn’t have to pay this is your fault. I asked multiple questions to her and she said nothing. Did not say I can get the manager or the lead for the day. How does a company do that and expect people to still come to their business. This use to be one of my favorite locations. Will never go back. Drinks came out no full all the way and could tell made quickly to just please us. Would love a response from the store and for something to actually happen!!

4. I bought a smoothie, coffee, and a scone. Everything tasted great. They offered to warm up my scone which was nice. The atmosphere is very chill. The staff was friendly and was quick to greet me.

5. I’m trying to understand what is happening with the evening shift here. I have been a loyal customer for several years before app change I had reached the highest
   Tier. I order almost the exact same thing every single time. I know what it taste like and multiple times in the last 2 weeks my drink is not right. I just deal with it cause most the time I’m on a time crunch and don’t have the time to go back. It’d be nice for my $7 drink to be made right the first time.
