Ziggi’s Coffee

1. This location is usually so good. Today tho I wasted $5 of rewards points + cash for 32oz of liquid sadness. I ordered a blended drink with 2% plus whip. I got nonfat milk and no whip. The drink wasn’t even made properly. It had no more than a hint of flavor, it tasted like it hadn’t been sweetened, and it separated almost immediately. Awful.

2. The food and service were equally fantastic. I got an everything bagel sandwich with sausage and coffee. The coffee had its own distinct flavor that I’m still not able to pin point. Gave four stars due to the flies buzzing around.

3. Absolutely still love ziggis. Always pleased with every visit. The staff is freaking great. I love the drinks and the quality is always top. Getting in is not the best. But the location is well placed.

4. The worst Ziggis I’ve been to. The staff were too busy jawing at one another and were less concerned with completing my transaction this morning. Really poor, disrespectful customer service that I have not experienced at any other drive up coffee establishment…or any drive thru for that matter. Will not be back.

5. First time and I fell in love with the limesicle Italian soda! It was soooo good. Also tried a caramel macchiato which hit the spot on this rainy day. Barista was super nice and quick to serve us!
