Ziggi’s Coffee

1. Cozy place to hang out, the girls behind the counter were very sweet and quick to get your order out, and bathrooms were clean too.
   I got the ice vanilla bee Chai and it was very good. Their chocolate covered espresso beans are quite tasty too!

2. I went to this Ziggies coffee during the late morning. During that time I ordered about four drinks for the family and found out how great it was. The Firehouse was definitely a good recommendation made by the ziggi staff.

   Overall, had a great experience at the drive thru and will return for future coffee.

3. This particular Ziggi’s has a location where you can sit inside which is great, but unfortunately, the place was filthy. I don’t think the bathroom has been cleaned in several days, if not longer. The toilet, the sink, and the floors were all filthy. The staff greeted us about five minutes after standing at the counter. I’m disappointed in this particular Ziggi’s. I know they are not all like this. Hopefully the owner will see and implement some positive changes.

4. 1) Had to repeat my order twice and then she asked me “do you want …..?” when I just said what I wanted….twice.
   2) Asked if I wanted a side of salsa for my burrito. Can you put it on the burrito? No. Ok, that makes it hard to do it if you’re in a car, but yes – I want a side of salsa.
   3) Charged me for two sandwiches and a coffee. Didn’t order one of the sandwiches. She begrudgingly said “I’ll make sure you don’t get charged for the one that you didn’t order. Gee, thanks.
   4) Hands me my coffee that I had asked for with one sugar. Since I was sitting in the drive thru and watched the girl make it, I knew there was no sugar in it (as requested twice). I asked her for sugar – she hands me something not sugar. Looked at the cup and confirmed that no sugar had been requested
   , so this was on the order taker. Never mind….just give me my burrito.
   5) She hands me my burrito with (you guessed it) no salsa….
   6) Burrito is cold halfway through.

5. **Update**

   Actually had food in stock today! Enjoyed a scrumptious GF egg/sausage muffin and an excellent flavored iced coffee. Tasty pairing with friendly service. Happy to increase stars further if this continues.

   Don’t keep food in stock. Why bother?
