  1. UPDATE: changing this rating because the staff the next day provided a free replacement drink upon my request. A special thank you for the kind accommodations.

    ORIGINAL: I had been ordering the same drink for months: cappuccino with 1 pump of sugar free s’mores. Today we had a larger order because we had 2 other people in the car, my husband tipped them before we even got anything, I got my drink and took a sip before we left the drive through and it was definitely not sugar-free flavor. I told the gal at the window and she said it was because she pumped it herself. I know what the drink tastes like and she was very wrong. But my 5 month old son was screaming in the backseat and 5 cars were waiting behind us so despite the fact I knew she was wrong, she insisted the drink was sugar free and we had no choice but to drive away. Extremely dissatisfied because she also got tipped for making the wrong drink but she refused to make me a new one. This is but another reason I hate these tipping screens…

  2. Mid morning is awesome! The employee have a bit more time to say hi and offer drink suggestions.
    They’re nice earlier when busier, but thru make getting thru drive up a priority

  3. This general manager needs to be better trained in costumer service. I can’t believe the way she treated me because I asked her to talk quietly during my payment. She told me I could leave and almost refused to serve me because I have an ear infection and asked her to talk quietly. She proceeded to talk extremely loud when I again pleaded with her I wasn’t trying to be rude I have an ear infection and I would appreciate if she stopped talking. I nicely asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. If this is how she treats paying costumers I can’t imagine how she treats her staff members. I feel super bad for anybody who has to be around her. Very unpleasant to not only look at but to be around. Extremely sad that she treated me this way, but I mean look at her she looks very unhappy as a person. I definitely will be going back to my normal Starbucks because of this interaction. Thanks for the damage to my ear drum! Hope you can better serve your costumers in the future.

  4. I literally got to the drive thru at 4:56am and the girl told me i still had to wait till 5am which is crazy to me what is 4 min gonna do to your shop!?? Im never coming to ziggies again!! We work ealy too not just u

  5. After ordering, I parked in one of the few parking spaces to the side of their property to get my screaming newborn out of the carseat to nurse, and attempt to eat. A woman pulled up next to me, rudely asked me what I was doing parked there, she told me she was the owner. I was already flustered, exhausted and attempting to obtain a few moments of peace when she approached me. Afterwards, I was in tears. Needless to say I stopped being a regular customer.
