4. Very disappointed with the takeaway order I made tonight. Ordered 2x Kabuli Pilau and it came with no carrots or raisins and hardly any meat. So I basically paid £26 quid for mostly rice. Called the restaurant to inform them but wasn’t offered a refund or even a discount on my next order so leaving this review.

5. Our first visit to Afghan Cuisine was excellent! We were served a small Afghan salad as an amuse bouche – before our first course of salad and beautifully crisp and hot samosas. The waitress was really helpful in choosing our mains – lamb chops and rice and seafood pasta. Four juicy chops nicely seasoned with long grained rice beautifully served and tasty. The pasta was nicely seasoned with a sauce containing prawns, tuna and calamari (we think!). Finally Baklava and kahwa (a pot of green tea) finished off a great meal. Waitress and whole team very attentive and friendly. Thank you – we will return!
