1. I always ask soup but it’s not ready ! And they mistake the soup too
   As well one girl it’s like very grumpy and fake and rude sometimes

   With the soup they give me some bread but it was old one and hard to eat so I left it in the table!!

   Today they chargage me 1 pound and some for ketchup and butter it’s should come in a pack !!

   They don’t say about this on the boarding table only for extra food
   If it’s happening this again I’ll have to speak with the manager!! I think they hunting people to foolish them !!

2. Great food. Great coffee. Friendly service.

3. Young girl who works there is so rude!! Elderly man ordered 4 drinks and all he asked for was a tray and she basically shouted at him they didn’t have any! No offer of help. So rude not a way to treat a customer especially in a hospital where stress levels are high for most visitors! I was served by the same girl, can’t call her a lady!! The next day and she was just as rude to me and others in the queue! Want to work within the public start treating people with some respect. Giving 1 star is far too much for this establishment.

4. I was visiting my wife in hospital and was impressed on what food was on offer at a very reasonable price. Also couldn’t believe that is open until midnight.I had something there every day.

5. The food is very expensive, not great quality too
