Broad Lane Cafe

1. Excellent cafe.
   Lovely staff, who are hard working and you dont have to wait too long to be served and your meal comes quickly.
   Food good portions and well priced and good menu with plenty of choice.
   Also like the plates and cups with the name ‘Broad Lane cafe’ on them.
   Great selection of coffee.
   My favourite:-
   ‘Lotus Biscoff Latte’ & ‘Butterscotch’
   As good has ‘Costa Coffee’ and a lot cheaper.
   Plenty of seats plus nice seating outside.
   No problem parking.
   The only Item I didn’t like which wasn’t any fault of the cafe was the Hash Brown’s had a fish taste to them not sure why because the cafe doesn’t have fish and so not a case of contamination.
   Great decor.
   Love the large local photos on the walls .
   I can highly recommend this cafe.
   Open hours:-
   Monday to Saturday 7:30am-2pm
   One complaint;-
   On door it says open till 2;30pm.
   Sunday closed

2. The food are good! The place is clean! Nice people servicing politely.

3. Wow!!!
   Went to this cafe today and what an experience. Where do I start? As we walked in we instantly felt the vibrant atmosphere. The cafe was spotless. We sat down and looked at the menu on the wall, a lovey young lady came over with physical menus for us all. We explained why we had chosen this particular cafe today (it was Grandads favourite cafe and today was the anniversary of his death). Upon hearing this and seeing that we were a little emotional they comforted us and were really attentive.
   We ordered our food and were given a ticket which happened to have mom’s birthday on. Next thing we know the staff were singing happy birthday and brought over a small piece of cake each. I’ve never experienced such lovely caring strangers. They honestly made a huge difference to our day and we are extremely grateful of all their kindness. THANK YOU!!

   The food ordered was really tasty (credit to the chef/chefs) all was cooked perfectly. The portion size was amazing.

   It’s not often that I wright a review but how could I not!

   I honestly could not recommend this place enough.

4. First time I’ve been and ate here… Food top order, service with a smile @ enjoyed the aura of the cafe. Beautiful people serving you, shall pop in more often when I have time of work or a Saturday….

5. The best cafe in Birmingham. The staff are brilliant and the lady manager is just the best. I would recommend anyone to come here as the food is always awesome.
