Cafe Local, Reading Station – Platform 8&9

1. Love the coffee at Cafe Local on Reading z station and the service from Leilah is lovely – always very quick and friendly. My issue is the cost of alternative milks. WHY IS IT 70p EXTRA FOR OAT MILK?! Stop punishing people for being dairy free (it’s not always a choice) and I’ll buy a lot more coffee. I can buy a whole carton of oat milk for less than £1. Thanks.

2. I’m contacting you because your outlet is freezing. Good food and service but consider your staff working with no heating and it wasn’t a very pleasant cutomer experience either, sitting there waking my hands on a cup of coffee. You need to sort this.

3. Two girls who served me today were absolutely lovely and couldn’t ask for a better service place was clean and tidy would definitely come back they are a credit to your company
