Cheryl’s Place

1. I do not live in Brighton, but when I came in town, this was on my list of places to check out. I love Breakfast foods and this did not disappoint. Extremely filling, tasty, at a good price. The service was extremely friendly and attentive (for a rainy, lunch day, it was slow in there, but amazing service regardless). I would absolutely come back here again. I do wish they had the diced potatoes as an option, but everything was wonderful. I can see why this is an award winning breakfast place.

2. 100 golden stars! They say this place is the best for a reason! My food was out in 4 minutes! It was super super delicious! They have the best kind of white bread for toast and their eggs are really tasty! I was shocked at the portion of bacon it was alot, more than in the picture cause I chowed on some of that immediately! It was super good and cooked to perfection 👌 biscuits and gravy were amazing and I still can’t stop thinking about that potato soup! I’ll be coming back forever now I can’t believe it took me so long to give it a try! Highly recommend for the whole family!

3. We were looking for a restaurant close to our travels home and saw the reviews for Cheryl’s Place. Two of us ordered eggs, hash browns and toast and the other person ordered a tuna wrap. The eggs were our favourite part of the meal, but you could tell the hash browns came from real potatoes. 🥔 The tuna wrap was good and it came with a tomato on it which added to the flavour. My meal came with only 3 slices of toast instead of four – usually you get two slices of toast cut into four. And the server told me it was because my rye bread was big which it wasn’t. When she brought me another slice out, there were two slices instead of one. The outside of the building looks like a castle. There were plenty of parking spaces available. The level of sound got quite loud in the restaurant as it was an open air space type of restaurant. If we were closer, I would come back to eat here again.

4. The first time I ate at Cheryl’s Place, they were absolutely packed and i assumed there would be a long wait. However to my surprise, my guest and i were both seated within a few minutes. Their service was friendly and fast, our food was delivered to us within 15 minutes, a record time for me when a restaurant is so busy. Since then i’ve visited this establishment a few times, each time the food and the service has kept its consistency. The latest visit ended with me leaving extremely pleased with service and the absolute generosity I got to experience. Thank you so much Mike and Cheryl’s Place!!

5. I got the breakfast that included excellent homemade sausage patties, avocado, scrambled eggs, and a generous portion of biscuits with sausage gravy. I also got a cup of decaf coffee – which was very good. I would have preferred to have the avocado served separately rather than mixed with the eggs, Also, I like to 9have small pieces of sausage in the sausage gravy. I would like to have another choice of type of pancakes, like whole grain or even buckwheat. However, everything was very good. The atmosphere was warm and friendly.
