Coffee lab Bristol

1. I just visited the coffee lab , and I must say, it was a great experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting staff. The girl on the till where incredibly friendly.

   The coffee itself was outstanding, with a rich flavor that was just the pick-me-up I needed. What truly set this coffee shop apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure that every customer felt right.

   The cozy atmosphere, bright environment with comfortable seating, and a wide range of delectable pastries to accompany the coffee made for a perfect setting to for relax. If you simply looking for a great place to unwind, this coffee shop is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return for another cup of their coffee and the top-notch old school service that comes with it! They say good bye when you leave I think it’s has been forgotten in most places those days. I wish them success keep doing good job.

2. Initially stopped here with my 3 year old for some lunch which was mostly fine although I was served the incorrect pastry.

   Before leaving I decided to treat my son to one of the chocolate mouse cakes to have whilst we waited for the bus. This is where things went massively downhill. As you can see from the pictures there was a disgusting amounts of blue mould contained within. I returned immediately with my little boy who was distraught by this point. After speaking to a member of staff who was incredibly apologetic and looked genuinely upset I spoke with who I assume was the manager on shift who was far less sympathetic. She claimed that she had previous issues with this supplier so I imagine this isn’t an isolated incident whilst also making me aware she “could not see inside” the products provided, essentially absolving herself of responsibility.

   To placate my son I accepted the offer of an alternative product and also requested a refund. The manager initially stated that she could not give me a refund in addition to an alternative, although she did eventually relent when I insisted.

   I would highly advise avoiding this place unless you have a particular fondness for penicillin.

3. As Greeks away from home, we couldn’t be more excited to visit Coffee Lab after finding out that it had opened in Bristol.

   The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the pastries are delicious, and the deserts even more so; in particular the Baklavas!

   We will definitely be visiting more regularly for a much needed taste from home!

4. Coffee Lab is a delightful find! The cozy atmosphere, filled with the aroma of freshly ground coffee, makes it the perfect spot to unwind or get some work done. Their coffee is top-notch, brewed from high-quality beans that you can taste in every sip. The pastries are fresh and delicious, with lots of options . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with a recommendation. Highly recommend this hidden gem for any coffee enthusiast!

5. Well executed offering, we loved the different style bean choices.
