Costa Coffee

1. This was the worst Costa “experience” I have had. How 7 members of staff managed to make so many unnecessary drinks I have no idea. There were lots of freebies given away as they did not seem able to work out what to make next. Oat milk, no unless you were concentrating and extra cream, Yes even when I requested no…..twice. Also the uniforms were filthy, where hands had been cleaned on them, and I have no idea when they were washed last.

2. This is the friendliest Costa that I’ve ever been to. All the serving staff are so happy, it was so lovely to be greeted with a cheery “good morning”. The coffee was excellent, as was the sausage bap.
   I will be certain to return.

3. Coffee from this Costa is a poison. I never tasted such disgusting espresso. Poured it in the grass outside after first sip.

4. Best Costa hot chocolate we’ve had. Staff are lovely.
