Cowgate Coffee House

1. Lovely place, went there twice with my boyfriend and we both enjoyed it very much. This place holds memories that i value a lot so I figured why not give my honest review 💌. My favorite there is the Red velvet muffins 🥺

2. Amazing. Walked in the door to amazing music and had to restrain myself not to start dancing. Lovely lady served me. Food arrived very quickly and was fabulous. Vegetarian breakfast. Coffee was lovely too.

3. Lovely polite staff, nicely decorated and quite quant. The latte was spot on and how a latte should be. We had a cake each, although both were nice they are a little pricey. But would still recommend as a refreshment stop

4. Favorite full breakfast I’ve had in Edinburgh. They don’t have the haggis, but I didn’t miss it because everything on the plate was simply perfect. Lovely service/ cozy but unpretentious atmosphere, with a bunch of cool books about Scotland on the bookshelf. 10/10 would recommend

5. We were tired of walking ans very hungry when we stopped in front of this Coffee House. It seemed good and empty so we got in. Nothing else prepared us for the amazing service from a proper Scottish fella and great food. The menu is extensive and affordable. The ambiance is cosy and it was one of our best meals in Edinburgh. Right after we finished the place was lively and full of people. It was a great experience to recommend.
