Dream Cafe

1. Popped in on an unplanned visit and had a lovely meal. Vey hot and all freshly cooked and great value for money. Had a cheese and mushroom omelette which came with chips and salad. Couldn’t finish it all which is very unusual for me!

2. I don’t want to give any stars. Went in today ordered cheese cake for my 86yr old mum sogy 2 coffees I had a appointment down rd at 1130am so plan was to have quick coffee and let my mum wait there for my daughter and grandkids . The lady that took my order didn’t make it she started wiping tables outside chatting with regulars. As you walk in first doors all inclosed it’s like smog of smokers. Surley this isn’t right? When she came in from outside I politely said excuse me how long will coffee be explained not being rude but wouldn’t have time to drink it. She bit my head off saying I don’t know what you want me to do you have only just walked in. Iv been in catering most my working life would never talk to a customer like that. Then while I was gone my grandson who is autistic was chatting to customers he doesn’t understand social distancing. The customers seemed happy to chat with him even saying goodbye as they left. Same woman came over and was rude to him telling him to sit down stop running around . He wasn’t running around as my daughter would have stopped him knowing hot food and drinks are dangerous. All in all a nasty experience won’t be back

3. Dream Cafe offers more than your typical greasy spoon experience without the added cost. With a nice atmosphere and friendly staff, it serves a variety of options, from full English, sandwiches and lunch to lighter, healthier dishes. I always get a bacon baguette and hashbrowns. It didn’t take many visits before they asked if I wanted ‘the usual,’ which I love. Despite the quality, prices remain affordable, making it a great value. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly breakfast

   My only gripe is you have to walk through the smoking area to get to the restaurant.

4. I went there yesterday (Wednesday 2nd November 2022). It is the best café I have been in for a very long time. It has a 5* Hygiene rating and they put the food on the plate the way I like to not thrown all on top. There is some disabled parking outside or a bus stop outside as well. This is a picture of what I had to show you what I mean. I hope you give it a go your self.

5. Never been to such a brilliant first impression cafe, everything about it is perfect
