Friends introduced me to this place earlier in the year and we had a lovely lunch together. Passing by today I decided to come in for a simple mint tea and some shelter from the cold. I felt so welcomed!
I was nervous that I might be a bit uncomfortable since I wasn’t placing a larger order, but it was a truly wonderful and peaceful experience. Both hosts (the owners?) were warm and friendly. And today’s my birthday! Such a lovely memory to have added to this special day. Thank you all so much!
Both my visits have been wonderful and I highly recommend this café. Like my friends did for me, I hope I can introduce this place to someone else!
I never write reviews but I just had to for such a wonderful experience. Finnieston Fez is a humble community and family oriented space with delicious traditional Moroccan food. Everyone’s super friendly and they serve great dishes and drinks at a great price. 1010% recommend, and will continue to visit!
We wanted somewhere for breakfast/ brunch and we’re so glad we stumbled across Finnieston Fez. We were well looked after the whole time, the food was incredible and the drinks were really tasty.
It was nice to try something different and indulge in the culture that Finnieston Fez has. Such an incredible family atmosphere to it, which we witnessed first hand also.
They were really accommodating for me when I wanted to take my drink away with me as I couldn’t finish it all at the time (5 hour car journey ahead of me).
Thanks for such a beautiful lunch, next time I’m in Glasgow, I’ll be visiting again
We discovered this place while staying at a hotel nearby.
The vibe of the place is great, Everything is halal and the drinks were so delicious, the food portion was nice. The owner was a very hospitable and nice person.
We tried the cheesy kofta, iced pistachio latte, and flatbread (cheesy spread with zaatar). The hot chocolate was one of the best we tried in glasgow.
The cafe was so cozy and the staff was wonderful! Truly made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend the brunch for two, it had so much good food, a little bit of everything sweet and savoury. I also tried the baklava latte, absolutely delicious. Will definitely visit again to try out their cakes!
