Fontanella Coffee House

1. Disgusting environment for a hospital unit, very limited menu, overpriced items and unpolite staff members. If I come to buy something, I have to look and I need time. I don’t need to be rushed, as long as it’s within opening times. It’s a hospital coffee house, not a 5 star Michelin restaurant! Keep the prices within the range, suitable for patients, staff members and visitors!!!

2. Good cup of coffee. But the place needs staff to sweep up and wipe down etc ….. it’s in a hospital after all, hardly dare touch anywhere.

3. I work for the nhs and I usually go for jacket potatoe but the big,big elderly man chargers me more than the other staff do.maybe because he doesn’t want to give me staff discount.i asked another white staff who he just had served she told me the discount price what she got.
   I never complained because it’s a difference of a pound or so ,but it really upsets me

4. Have to agree with other reviews . Called in for a coffee after an appointment. I am also NHS staff. No interaction from staff (Hello, smile etc) quiet rude !!! . Place looked filthy dirty. Now I know why the queue at Costa was so long . Next time I’ll join the Queue .

5. Staff has been incredibly rude and condescending. Absolutely no tact with sick patients of the hospital and passive aggressive behavior.
