Level 11 coffee hub

1. It’s taken me a long time to finally decide to go in here, but I was well impressed with the service, quality of coffee and the cakes!
   Would recommend it to anyone that is local or visiting.

   They make their own cakes evey day (I asked).

   The place itself is very modern and quite small on the inside. Still nice and welcoming. I had the coffee on the outside bench, with the new Byres Road looking great.

   Thank you, will repeat.

2. This is the best coffee shop I’ve seen. We come here often and became friends with the owners. They are so friendly and professional on coffee. I always do my own hand brewing (V60) at home and they taught me a lot. We buy beans here a lot and sometimes we get free samples. The most important thing we feel here is how the owners engage with us. Highly recommended experience.

3. I recently visited Level 11 and it was an exceptional experience! The coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had—rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. The baristas clearly know their craft and take pride in every cup they serve.

   The customer service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and felt welcomed.

   The atmosphere is cool and minimal which I found incredibly refreshing. Despite the understated decor, it’s clear that they take immense pride in their shop. This is evident in the quality of the machines they use and the meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of their operation. If you are looking for place that serves top tier coffee by exceptional people, Level 11 is the place to be. Highly recommend! Will be back again very soon!

4. I cannot rate this place highly enough!!! Yuseof and Mo are awesome baristas and genuinely SO nice, friendly, attentive and funny. They’ll chat with you, get to know you while providing top class service.

   The coffee is one of, if not the best on Bryers road. And it’s different – you need to go taste and see.

   The pastry selection, oh my Lord!! Bella, I don’t k ow how she comes up with the ideas but FAM!! Sometimes I see a post on instagram and just go in for the cake and there are often vegan options.

   This is a frequent stop for me. I feel wrong walking past and not going in 😂

5. The most friendly staff, very pleasant experience. Coffee was also 10/10 tasty, really happy with it. Did not have anything to eat but there was some tasty looking treats/cakes there, will definitely try next time. Looking forward to next visit. Highly recommended
