Memo Bay Cafe

1. Nice service, good ice cream and coffee. I’ve been waiting so long for something to open here. The place is also open during the week, which makes me very happy, you can drink coffee in the morning with beautiful views.

2. Little cafe on the Barrage. Great spot for a pick me up coffee after a brisk walk from Cardiff Bay across the Barrage and around the marina. The owner is a very lovely person – really welcoming and great service. Serves sandwiches and pasties as well as drinks, and ice cream. Dogs also welcome

3. Well deserved 5 stars! Best hot chocolate ever!! Friendly service and very convenient location when walking the bay and barrage. Lovely outdoor or indoor seating.

5. The Memo Bay Café is a great dog-friendly coffee and ice cream spot we discovered on our walk around the Barrage. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. We always include a coffee and ice cream stop here on our Barrage walks with our dog, who also enjoys a dog ice cream.
