Ned Kelly’s Food Bar

1. Me and the women was just in and got two small bags of chips with salt and vinegar, they were I have to say the best chips we have ever had in the north, it’s been 2 hrs since we ate them and we are still craving more, the staff was super polite, was informed that I needed to try the belly buster as it’s there best selling burger(will defo be trying that the next time we are there) overall really good experience, would highly recommend ps (we will be back)

2. Chips are very soft and chunky. The curry sauce is delicious and has us coming back again and again. The food is reasonably priced but we used to get a large portion but this has been reduced now. The chicken goujons used to be really tasty and succulent but recently, they reduced the amount you get and also the chicken is very dry now.
   There used to be tea and coffee but not anymore. Also, they used go have a convenient card reader but this facility has not been available for the last 4 months and there seems to be no effort made to replace the faulty old one. The disposable cutlery and boxes are good and sturdy but they should provide napkins as well, which they do not at present.

3. Always considered this place as a good all rounder. Tonight I had cod bites and one battered sausage and one plain one. At £6.50 it is a very fair price and came reasonably quickly. As I said it is a good all round chippy. Bit hard to park but it’s in a busy area.

4. Lovely food. Staff weren’t sure about allergen information for certain food. Didn’t know if there was dairy in the gravy and 1 staff told us the chicken doesn’t contain milk while another told us it did.

5. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the portion sizes were generous. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Would highly recommend. 👍
