1. Such a lovely atmosphere, very relaxing place to have a cup of tea. Service was very friendly and welcoming. We went for dinner and recommend the Mapu Tofu and vegetable dumpling. Everythingg was fresh and flavourful! The portions are very good for the price in the centre of town. Great vegan selection.

2. A beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. They have a wide selection of teas from across the globe, making it a great hangout place to spend quality time. We also tried a few of the rice and noodle dishes; the chicken curry rice was our favorite. It’s a coconut-based curry and was delicious.

3. This place is wonderful! It’s quiet and the owners are so friendly and sweet, they always serve free fruits after you finish your drinks and food, there is a huge selection of teas that I love, every time I bring a friend over they like it

4. NiHao is an authentic traditional Chinese tea shop in the heart of Newcastle, offering every tea you can imagine. They also sell homemade cakes in a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for winding down or reading a book. You can’t go wrong.

5. Best Mapo Tofu ever. I go here with friends often! Tea is amazing, atmosphere is really relaxed and the staff is very kind and accommodating. Plenty of vegan options too.
