  1. Ori Caffè is hands down one of the best spots in town, and the incredible staff is what truly sets it apart. As a regular, I can honestly say that every visit feels like a warm, welcoming experience—thanks to the truly amazing team. The staff are not just friendly, but genuinely kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to make you feel valued and at home. They remember your name, your order, and always greet you with a smile, creating such a positive and cheerful atmosphere. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do, and their exceptional service makes the whole experience so enjoyable. And of course, the food is absolutely delicious—always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Ori Caffè is a true gem, and it’s the staff who make it feel like a second home every time!

  2. Ori Caffè is my absolute go-to place, and honestly, I can’t recommend it enough! I visit most days after a long day at work, and it’s the highlight of my routine. The staff here are like an extended family to me—they know me by name, always greet me with a smile, and make sure I feel completely at ease. Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee or enjoying one of their amazing meals, it’s the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the team that makes every visit so special. It’s not just about the delicious food (though it’s *always* top-notch) or the perfect coffee—it’s the kind-hearted people who make you feel like you’re walking into a friend’s home. Ori Caffè truly feels like my little escape, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful team who make every visit such a treat.

  3. I was very impressed with Ori Cafe when I went on Sunday 27th Oct.

They dealt with my partner’s allergy request with ease, but also without the song and dance production that has become common in modern dining/cafe experiences (flags in food, wait staff needing management oversight to even place the order).

The range of food was impressive for the counter space available, without making the display feels crowded or untidy.

The food (and drinks!) we had (Brie Focaccia, a Cappuccino, Frittata, a Mango Smoothie and a pair of Brownies) were above the quality I’d expect from the mid range price tag.

The service was also high quality, without feeling overbearing or Americanised – which is something I have found more and more common over the last few years in dining experiences.

We are not frequently in the area for lunch, but when we are – we’ll definitely be back!

  4. I and my wife visited today at 11.50 for a coffee, spring water and two warm cheese scones. The coffee arrived at 12.10, the bottle of water at 12.15. The scones did not arrive so I had to ask for them but, they had not been warmed like they were asked for. I had to have one in a bag due to another appointment.I complained to the supervisor who merely said this conversation is holding up other customers. The staff doing the coffee and food and serving were disorganised, serving out of order and not reading the order lists. The inside cafe was about half full
The cafe’s good point is in true Italian tradition the cafe and cappucio are excellent and that is from two citizens from Lucca.

  5. ORI caffe is a prefect place for you to stop by when you need a break after shopping 🛍 !! It is located in the Victoria Centre, next to John Lewis…

    We ordered:
🍫 Luxury Hot Chocolate with Cream
    ☕️ Latte
    🍰 Afternoon Cake
    🧀 Cheese scone

⭐️ It was a busy afternoon, however we didn’t wait too long for the food & drink…! They arrived quickly !!

I think this is the best hot chocolate in town!! It has a rich flavour and it is very smooth.. It kept me warm in the cold weather !!

Also, this is my first time to try a cheese scone 🧀 ,, The scone was served warm with butter, I love the smell of the cheese 😌 It was very delicious!!

Definitely will go again and try the Nutella Hot Chocolate next time.
