Pipes Cafe

1. I stopped here with a friend and our babies after walking on the Cardiff rail trail. I’d driven past this cafe before but never stopped in. I’m so glad she convinced me to try it!

   The food was outstanding. I ordered a number 5, which is a breakfast burrito which has eggs and potatoes in it. The staff was able to accommodate my request for modifications (no eggs, and adding cilantro). It was delicious and the pico sauce add just the right amount of spice!!

   The inside is so cute, with surfer vibes but a very positive and relaxing energy. The staff is extremely friendly and upbeat. We didn’t even wait 5 minutes before our food was ready, which is crazy because the line was out the door!

   The bathroom is super clean too, the whole place seems to be up to par in terms of sanitation, which is always a relief. The table we sat outside at was also very clean and the umbrellas offered a nice shade, which was nice because we both brought babies under 1.

   I am so happy that I found this place, I already loved the rail trail for walking and now I have a new favorite place to grab a bite to eat after!!

   This review holds special meaning as it marks my first entry for a food review. If you’re looking for a delightful breakfast spot in Cardiff, Pipes is definitely worth a visit!

3. This place is an all around good experience. The vibe is very nice and the employees are super friendly. Food is definitely a good bang for your buck. You get a lot of food for a great price. The quality of the ingredients is phenomenal and it all comes together so well.

4. This breakfast joint is a must go of you have some free time in the morning. Weekends you will have a little bit of a line but they prepare quickly and accurately every time. If you like salsa, ask for extra because it’s incredible. The big breakfast is huge so get it and share it. Ask for an extra plate when you order.

5. We stumbled upon Pipes while on a bike ride one morning and absolutely loved it! Great food, great vibe, very reasonable. Highly recommend. I really enjoyed the breakfast burrito and my wife loved her breakfast tacos.
