Big shout out to what must be a fantastic coffee shop. I was only passing on the 36 bus and I fell in love with Project Coffee simply because of the beautiful sight of 3 people reading while sitting at the window. Picture taken from bus window
Project Coffee is a great place for drinks and food if you can manage to get a seat.
The fact that they are always busy speaks for itself , the food is always fresh and very flavoursome and because of this customers keep going back.
Bruntsfield is always a busy area for breakfasts and Project Coffee is one of the busy ones especially with students and if they are lucky their parents picking up the bill.
Today we had Butternut Squash & Sweet Potato soup served with bread along with Carrot cake and tea.
See you soon.
Lovely service and delicious, bug, scone. Excellent scrambled eggs on toast too!
If you’re looking for a great coffee spot in Edinburgh, look no further than Project Coffee in Bruntsfield. This cozy and welcoming café has a trendy, laid-back vibe that’s perfect for working, catching up with friends, or just enjoying a good cup of coffee.
The coffee here is top-notch. In addition to coffee, Project Coffee also serves a range of delicious food, including breakfast items, sandwiches, and pastries. The menu is well-curated and offers a good mix of healthy and indulgent options. Everything we tried was fresh, flavourful, and satisfying.
The atmosphere of the café is another highlight. The space is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light. It’s a great place to settle in with a book and spend some time working or relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they seem genuinely passionate about coffee and food.
Average and overpriced IMO. It’s a nice coffee shop and they’re dog friendly but £14 for 2 sausage sandwiches and 2 black americanos is pricey. They didn’t even cut the sausages so that they fill the bread roll, just lazy! The staff were friendly though but I guess the Yorkshire man in me expected more for the price.
