Ruby Palace Chinese Takeaway

1. Have been a customer for years and have allways had great food.
   Until recently.
   Had food from here tonight. It was evident that the recipe or the chef has changed as well as their ingredients. Food was cold, portion was incredibly small. Rang to discuss and we spoke with an unidentified person who was quite pleasant and offered the cost of our next meal to be reduced by the cost of tonight’s. So maybe next time things will improve. It is also worth noting that ownership has changed within the last year.

2. I can honestly say this is the best Chinese iv had since moving to NI from the uk my king prawn chow mein and veg springs rolls was just amazing,making this my new local even though I have to travel 10 miles to get there

I have ordered from this restaurant, the girl on the phone messed up my order she have missed chow mein off my order which was for my daughter and when I rang up she has took no blame whatsoever and blamed it on me saying i have not ordered it when I know i have as i wrote a list before ringing up and placing an order and it is on my list.
   Anyway, i will not order from here again they have no respect for customers as i have experienced tonight.
   Good advice if your ordering from here, check your order docket before paying for your food Incase something is missing from your order as i have seen a few other people have wrote very similar reviews so they keep messing up and not learning from it.

4. Very disappointed this evening. Our order was wrong my daughter had ordered the food and had to repeat the order twice. The food arrived and the curry sauce never arrived. When we contacted the restaurant the service was well below standard the girl who took the order was very rude and argumentive. They flatly refused to rectify the order. Staff development lacking here.

5. I would always have ate here but lately the quality has gone down hill and portions have got smaller.
