1. This restaurant is an absolute gem!
   The service was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

   The food, however, is the true star of the show. Every dish is crafted with care and precision, offering authentic flavours that are nothing short of spectacular. From the freshest sushi to perfectly made ramen, each bite feels like a journey through Japan.

   What makes Shakya Terrace even more impressive is the pricing. For such high-quality dishes, the prices are incredibly reasonable, offering outstanding value without compromising on quality.

2. Really good bite to eat here. Came here for a late lunch / early dinner. Service was good too. Will keep this place in mind if ever visiting the area again! It was a busy sunny weekend so it was a struggle to find parking.

4. Great little find, been past so many times, so decided to give it a go. Everything we ate (and saw) was presented immaculately, and tasted delicious, healthy and freshly made. Service couldn’t be better, we didn’t ‘wait’ for anything and the staff were really friendly, attentive and looked happy to be there! The atmosphere was really chilled, even serene, with soothing background music and neutral decor, you weren’t overhearing other’s conversations, it was really comfortable and relaxed. Will be back to try out the sushi as it looked exactly like the photos!

5. The Sakura is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Bournemouth.

   We started with a platter of sushi, then a portion of Takoyaki to share. Out mains were Unagi don and Gyudon. Stir fried beef and a fried eel. Beautiful balance of flavour in each.

   Excellent service by the staff. Very attentive.
