Starbucks Drive Thru

1. Stopped to grab a cappuccino while grabbing some fuel. The staff were a bit slow service to say there was four of them and only me in there. The coffee was good. It was only 5p more than usage,so not bad priced for services. I pulled in to the petrol station but i didn’t see any parking just the drive though.

2. Despite the opening times saying open till 8pm we arrived to find the door locked. We knocked the window and told to drive round. The point of going it was to sit have a break …poor

3. We’ve used Starbucks for absolutely years and never in our lives have we come across an employee so rude. The women in the drive through said her name was Ria? Or Ri? Something along those lines we ordered our drinks and food via the drive through while we were waiting for our order she told us they didn’t have them so they gave us alternatives I didn’t get this news as I went to the toilet inside. Anyway as is get back In the I get told they’ve gave us something else which is fair enough so I just looked in through the window to see what was happening and the employee (Ri) was was staring at me, scowled at me and then she said very rudely stated “whats he staring at” so I asked her what did she say about me and she said again very rudely I was giving her a weird/aggressive look and then stared arguing with us and slamming the window shut saying “shut up bye” and walked away. At this point we’re sat there in disbelief in what has just happened with still non of our order.

   This is by far the worst experience we’ve had and Ri? Needs either a sitting down and talking to or fired because that was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to be talked to like the way she did to us.

4. Excellent place to come. I’m a regular customer, the manager their has built a team who seems like they enjoy coming to work and enjoy making customers feel welcome. Keep up the great work.

5. Standard Starbucks high quality service. Food and drinks are served well and quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are a few parking spaces outside but more spaces are available in the main parking area of services. Be careful of traffic if walking from the main parking area to Starbucks. More suited for drive-thru.
