Starbucks Eldon Square kiosk

1. Visited yesterday and I was a bit disappointed by the lack of vegan food and cake options. However the coffee was very nice and I like that with gold level on the app you get free syrup! Staff were friendly but service was a bit slow, perhaps a bit understaffed for it being a busy time of day (around 11am). Will still be visiting again!

2. I was served by the lovely Ellie who was really helpful in ordering what I wanted and cheered up my day

3. Sam’s, the employee with white hair, behavior was rude and unprofessional. She seemed unfamiliar with customizing drinks and even insisted on a refund after making two incorrect attempts. This branch’s inability to handle a simple order stands in contrast to my experience at other locations. I have no plans to return.

4. Staff are friendly enough but never heat the milk up hot enough. Even when I asked for to make my chai latte hot it is always lukewarm. Probably won’t go back because of this. I want a hot cup of chai latte.
