I have visited recently to the store and the guy on the till doesn’t even know to make any drink he took the order and waiting for someone to come and make and I was in rush to catch the drink , but he doesn’t even gave an attempt to make it . Is there any point to work in Starbucks without even knowing to make the drinks …. I would recommend not to visit the store again … worst people ever and more careless.
I never normally complain but I just had a very rude experience in this Starbucks.
I had ordered a bacon bap. The woman then called out ‘ bacon bap’and a man had said yes and taken it. He left and 2 mins after she had called out a toastie , I was the only one standing. I said no , he must’ve taken my bacon bap, she almost shouted in front of everyone in a very abrupt way ‘ and you just stood like that and watched him take your order’. I only presumed he had ordered a bacon bap too, I wasn’t to know.
I felt extremely embarrassed and there was no apology .
The foods also very overpriced , over £5 for a bacon bap, and cooked within less than 2 mins.
Went on Saturday 14th and all of the staff couldn’t be less interested in the customers. The service was incredibly slow considering it’s in a train station and people have trains to catch. They were stood around on their phones instead of making orders. Stood at the till with headphones in. Just in general doing everything possible not to work. It was relatively quiet and took ages for drink to be done. Overall really poor customer service
The staff were the most unfriendliest, rudest people. And they didn’t know what they were selling in store. They asked their supervisor/manager who had communication issues, and was watching a weird inappropriate video behind the stand. Very uncomfortable experience.
Was in a rush to work getting my coffee and as the lady was serving me she started chatting on the phone, and obviously completely ignored me and got my order wrong, made it with dairy milk which i cant drink so had to throw it out, amazing, thx.
