The Fat Seagull Cafe

1. I ordered breakfast for takeaway, an eggs royale and a bunch of extras. I was very disappointed with the eggs royale and I’m not sure the restaurant know what eggs royale is, as it is traditionally (and literally the only way I’ve seen it done) served with smoked salmon, but the cafe gave me thin, actually cooked salmon which was extremely fishy and gross and just not what eggs royale is supposed to be. A shame, though all the extras I ordered were very good (sausage, hash brown, mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon) and the portions were very good for the price. Good thing because I could not eat the eggs with the pink fishy cooked salmon.

2. Stumbled across this cafe as I was walking to another pushed google ad location, and thought id give it a try.
   Nice and easy to order from the menu, quick service from the staff and it all went down nicely. The vibe of the cafe was relaxing with piano music playing.
   Glad i came in today.

3. Got delivery and I am VERY impressed. Got panini which was very nice and came with salad, and cheesy chips which I was very very happy with – nice cheese, good amount of it and crispy fluffy chips. I find it quite hard to get nice cheesy chips. Order notes asking for sauce were followed too which was kind. One of the most impressive things for me is the value for money!! This cost me £13.77 including delivery and any Uber eats fees etc. Pretty unheard-of prices for this day and age I think.

4. Overall it was very good the omelette was cooked nicely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming the one thing that slightly let it down was the baked beans they were a little cold but other than that nice omelette great service thank you 😀

5. This was a wonderful experience: the woman serving us was polite and the food included a very nice milkshake and the best Tuna Melt I’ve ever had
